Chef de Partie
for the hot section.
Information and Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience in a fine casual dining concept, preferably Italian cuisine.
At least one additional year of experience in a Demi Chef position or equivalent.
Proven record of kitchen and staff management with good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Qualification from Culinary school.
HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge.
Upper intermediate level in English language is mandatory.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
About the job:
If you are moving from abroad, temporary shared accommodation will be provided until you arrange your own (up to 500 € per month).
The salary for this hot section CDP role will be from 2,400 – 2,800 € gross per month for 40 hours per week + tips.
Salary is paid monthly.
Your duties include:
food preparation and cooking in the hot section, including preparing food before service, setting up and stocking stations, cooking and plating food, supporting the Head and Sous Chef, maintaining high standards of quality, completing prep work efficiently, keeping workstations clean, and reporting issues daily.
