Your Role – Make a Difference with Us
In coordination with our Key Account Management and Sales Management teams, you will act as a point of contact for our retail and wholesale clients in Germany. Your contribution will play a key role in ensuring their satisfaction.
You will process incoming orders using our internal systems and ensure a smooth workflow through to final delivery.
You will also be responsible for maximizing sales potential within our existing customer base, conducting cross- and up-selling activities through active phone outreach.
You will handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, both by phone and email.
You will maintain and update customer data in our CRM system, prepare quotations, and follow up until closing.
Additionally, you will conduct regular customer analysis to identify and leverage new opportunities.
You will support the preparation of presentations and general planning for upcoming client meetings.
Finally, you will coordinate and schedule appointments for our field sales team.
What You Bring to the Table
A completed commercial education or a comparable university degree.
Several years of experience managing B2B clients in the German retail sector (LEH), with a solid understanding of its structures and demands.
Strong communication skills and a high level of personal initiative.
A structured, independent, and goal-oriented work approach.
Proficiency in common MS Office and CRM systems.
A true team player who enjoys supporting colleagues.
Fluent in German and English is mandatory for this role.
Essential residence in Spain.
