At Aktios, we’re looking for a passionate AI Platform / MLOps Engineer to help build, scale, and optimize cutting‑edge ML/AI infrastructure in an international and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

- Run and maintain ML/AI platforms end-to-end, including training, inference, and pipeline orchestration.
- Manage and scale ML tooling and platforms such as SageMaker, MLflow, and feature stores.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Configure and optimize training and inference environments for AI workloads.
- Ensure observability, monitoring, reliability, and cost control across AI platforms.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support scalable and production‑ready AI solutions.
- Contribute to automation, infrastructure improvements, and platform reliability initiatives.
- Support the implementation of best practices related to MLOps, scalability, and operational excellence.

What we’re looking for

- Solid background in Platform Engineering / DevOps, including AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD practices.
- Hands‑on experience with ML platforms and tooling such as SageMaker, MLflow, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with agentic frameworks and LLM tooling such as LangChain, LangFuse, or related ecosystems.
- Good understanding of data and ML workflows from a systems and infrastructure perspective.
- Strong production mindset focused on scalability, automation, reliability, and performance.

Nice to have

- Experience working with data pipelines and data platform environments.
