Job Description
As a User Research Ops Specialist, you'll partner with the Research team, Product Design, and Product Management to ensure efficient research project execution. Your focus will be on optimizing participant recruitment, managing research operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support research initiatives.
Your responsibilities
* Partner with researchers to understand their study objectives, define participant criteria, select sourcing methods, and manage logistics for recruitment.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring coordination across stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Finance teams to refine research tools and ensure compliance.
* Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of research tools and manage multiple projects.
* Update the knowledge base to improve discoverability of insights and structure research repositories.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in research operations, project management, or related roles in Product or Customer Success teams.
* Proven ability to establish and lead participant recruitment processes that ensure a positive experience.
* Experience working with Legal, Security, and Finance teams on tool procurement and privacy compliance.
* Familiarity with UX research tools and vendor management.
* Experience in growing a knowledge management database.
* Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to conduct basic data analysis and customer segmentation to support research.
* Proficiency in English and at least one additional language among Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, Italian, or German.
