Purpose of the job
Responsible for leading the Field Planning team and ensuring the effective deployment of commercial strategies across all regions. Acting as a key business partner, the position monitors performance, identifies opportunities, and anticipates risks through deep understanding of market dynamics and KPI evolution. The Field Planning Leader drives the design and optimization of multicategory territorial plans and ensures strong collaboration with sales teams to support flawless execution and continuous improvement in the field.
Main accountabilities
Lead the Field Planning Team and Cross‑Functional Alignment
Supervise and coordinate all Field Planning Specialists to ensure proper execution, alignment, and consistency across BO and all regions.
Foster collaboration within the team and across departments to drive operational excellence.
Drive Process Excellence & Performance Monitoring
Ensure correct execution of planning processes and adherence to established standards.
Track performance KPIs, detect deviations, and identify areas for improvement.
Develop solutions and new proposals based on performance insights and evolving business needs.
Design and Optimize the Multicategory Plan
Build and refine the Multicategory Plan for each territory to drive category development and ensure target achievement.
Promote a consumer‑centric and multi‑category approach in all planning activities.
Regional Plan Support & Follow‑Up
Oversee, track, and support the execution of regional plans, ensuring alignment with national strategy.
Develop all necessary materials, tools, and files for effective field planning and activity execution.
What we are looking for
University degree: Business, marketing, economics or similar.
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
5+ years of experience, ideally partly exposed to a Multinational/Competitive environment.
Team management experience plus.
High analytical skills needed. Excel management is mandatory.
Experience in business planning and strategic plan on local market.
Strategic vision, planning and forecasting experiences.
Expertise in effective stakeholders' management and communication.
High organizational skills and proactivity.
