Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect (Arquitecto Técnico / Aparejador) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong on-site experience, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from planning through execution while working in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate construction works on-site
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical documentation, and local regulations
* Manage budgets, measurements, and cost control
* Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and technical teams
* Control timelines, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
* Review technical drawings and construction details
* Act as a key point of contact between architects, clients, and builders
Requirements
* Degree in Technical Architecture (Arquitecto Técnico / Aparejador)
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience, preferably in residential projects
* Strong knowledge of Spanish building regulations and construction processes
* Proven experience managing construction sites and multiple projects
* A working knowledge of both English and Spanish is essential
* Valid driving license and availability to travel across the Costa del Sol
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
