The Opportunity
As Business Development Executive, you’ll be joining a growing European sales team, supporting business growth across Belgium and the Netherlands. This newly created role offers a clear path into account management and future sales leadership, with close support from an experienced manager and dedicated admin team.
What You’ll Do
* Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities
* Support the full sales cycle from lead generation to commercial negotiation
* Attend customer meetings and, over time, take ownership of smaller accounts
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service
* Maintain accurate data and reporting using Microsoft Office tools
What We’re Looking For
* A motivated, commercial mindset with a natural hunger for sales
* Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and managing CRM data
* Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
* Must have the right to work in Belgium
