Our inventory is accessible via a cutting-edge API and integrated into major technological platforms worldwide. Customers in over 90 countries source their products daily from our unique inventory.
MISSION
This is a home-based position in Europe with full responsibility for global expansion (revenue and acquisition), aiming to encourage clients to connect to our API. Responsibilities include generating new business leads, account management, and maintaining relationships with all management levels. The role primarily supports clients such as tour operators, DMCs, and bedbanks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Focus on acquiring new business.
* Achieve sales targets individually and as part of a team.
* Engage regularly via email, phone, and virtual meetings with existing clients; some travel may be required for client visits and prospecting.
* Close ongoing sales opportunities.
* Coordinate effectively with Finance, Connection, and Operations departments to ensure optimal client experience.
* Follow up diligently from registration to booking for targeted clients.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations to secure new business.
* Plan meetings and visits; analyze data for insights.
* Communicate client feedback and improvement suggestions to head office.
* Provide weekly and monthly reports.
* Update CRM system daily.
* Implement company strategies and directives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in the travel industry; API knowledge is preferred. An excellent sales record can compensate for fewer years of experience. API sales or similar experience is highly valued.
* Strong market knowledge and contacts at all levels.
* Target-driven and results-oriented.
* Understanding of technology and online distribution channels.
* Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
* Resourceful with strong organizational skills.
* Dynamic, motivated self-starter.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* All communications will adhere to GDPR and confidentiality standards.
