Having rapidly grown our Warehouse Management practice, we're looking to open a new, strategic position – SAP EWM Practice Director – to solidify our reputation as a leading supply chain management SAP implementation partner.
\n
Responsibilities
\n
Go‐To‐Market strategy: Define, optimize, and execute the Go‐To‐Market strategy for SAP Warehouse Management in Spain. Develop a 12‐to‐18‐month business development and sales plan, establish a partnering strategy with SAP and key players, and identify 1‐to‐5‐year market potential for the practice.
\n
Business development: Generate leads and opportunities by partnering with SAP and other key stakeholders. Expand market presence through speaking engagements, publications, and targeted marketing campaigns.
\n
Sales process management: Oversee the end‐to‐end sales process, including proposal writing, aligning delivery and staffing strategies with integral teams, and collaborating with solution architects to review and finalize estimates. Present and defend proposals to clients and convert opportunities into successful projects.
\n
Functional engagement: Take on pivotal roles such as Project Director or Program Manager to ensure delivery project success.
\n
Your Skills And Experience
\n
Extensive experience in EWM/WM as a Consultant, Solution Architect, or Project Manager.
\n
SAP Presales or Sales experience: go‐to‐market strategies, servicing major accounts, creating and delivering customer proposals; eye for market needs in relation to future‐oriented technologies and innovations.
\n
Solution‐oriented and positive hands‐on mentality.
\n
Entrepreneurial spirit, authenticity and excellent business acumen.
\n
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English (other languages are an advantage).
\n
Good team player with logical and reasoning skills, enjoys working in a global environment and committed to high‐quality project delivery.
\n
Readiness to travel if required.
\n
