This position assists in decision-making processes and positively impacts the organization by recruiting, retaining, rewarding, and developing top talent in a cost-efficient and compliant manner.Essential FunctionsAdministers HR policies, programs, and procedures for the assigned group, including salary and wage administration, benefits inquiries, retirement plans, recruitment, HRIS, payroll, organizational development, and training.Partners with the recruiting team and business units to staff and hire hourly, non-exempt, or lower-level exempt positions.Ensures utilization of reward and recognition programs.Coordinates onboarding activities for new hires.Develops requisitions for business unit positions.Assists with employee counseling, conflict resolution, and performance improvement programs, working directly with employees and managers as needed.Gains knowledge of business units, including customers, competitors, products, markets, and key metrics.Visits manufacturing environments regularly to gain exposure to plant operations.Performs special projects as requested.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.Preferred :
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.Experience in Recruiting, Staffing, HRIS, Performance Management, and general HR functions.Personal skills include stress management, attention to detail, self-confidence, motivation, analytical skills, time management, multitasking, independence, teamwork, organization, and conflict resolution.Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet applications, Ariba, SAP HR.We believe that all of our global employees are leaders.
