We’re looking for a motivated, self-employed Listing Agent focused on property acquisition, homeowners outreach, and securing high-quality exclusive listings who combines excellent client service and negotiation skills. You should be proactive, fluent in both English and Spanish, and familiar with the Costa del Sol real estate market.
* Fluent English and Spanish is essential (additional languages are a plus)
* Must be based in or near the Marbella area
* Self-employed status (autónomo) or willingness to work as such
* Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
* Solid knowledge of the Costa del Sol property market
* Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and commercial mindset
* Responsible, professional, and goal-oriented
* Proven ability to identify, approach, and convert property owners into active listings
* Strong skills in organization, client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closing
* Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit
* Source and secure new property listings
* Actively prospect property owners through door-to-door, calls, networking, and local market intelligence
* Focus primarily on listing
* Provide exceptional client service and follow-up
* Implement marketing strategies to attract clients and listings
* Build lasting client relationships and loyalty
