Experteer Overview In this role you will orchestrate delivery across partners and business units to maintain health and efficiency. You will drive performance within a portfolio, support initiatives that impact KPIs, and keep teams motivated. You’ll collaborate with multiple functions to ensure smooth operations, manage escalations, and provide insight through reports and reviews. - Track and analyze supplier performance to ensure business health and operational efficiency
- Identify and escalate emerging issues, peak volumes, tool outages, and process adherence gaps
- Support internal teams and suppliers in adapting to program changes impacting tools and processes
- Create and maintain projects, knowledge articles, training materials, scorecards, and KPIs
- Review operational metrics, root cause analysis, key drivers, escalations and launches
- Host weekly and monthly business reviews and ad hoc meetings to address opportunities and issues
- Report on status and impact of business relationships
- Create/maintain reports and PowerPoint decks as needed
- Proactively engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders in open communication forums
- Share best practices across lines, locations, teams, and channels
- Ensure SLA achievements for assigned projectsResponsabilidades
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience in project management / service management with ability to track multiple workstreams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both languages
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve ambiguous problems with attention to detail
- Deep knowledge of ITIL framework and Agile methodology
