About the Internship
Are you ambitious, curious, and excited about building relationships with decision-makers across Europe? Want to learn sales in a hands-on, high-energy environment?
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern at Workwide, you’ll jumping into real outbound sales activities, supporting lead generation, and helping identify new business opportunities.
You’ll work directly with our CEO, gaining rare insight into strategy, sales techniques, and how a fast-growing company operates. By the end, you’ll have solid B2B experience, sharp commercial skills, and a clear head start for a career in sales, business development, or recruitment.
This isn’t just an internship - it’s your launchpad into international sales.
What you will be doing
-Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and key stakeholders across Europe.
-Outreach & Social Selling: Use phone (We have a "call first approach"), email, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations and book introductory meetings.
-KPI-Focused Work: Work towards clear monthly goals for outreach, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
-Sales Meetings: Schedule meetings for our CEO and actively participate to learn and contribute.
-Client Management (Later Stage): As you develop, take on responsibility for leading early-stage meetings.
-Sales Support: Collaborate on sales strategies, pitches, and process improvements.
-Sales Admin: Maintain high CRM hygiene for your daily and weekly work. Create offers, presentations, and/or order confirmations for closed deals in our CRM (Hubspot).
What we are looking for
-Language Requirements: Native German, Dutch or Swedish speaker with business-level English (essential).
-Education: Studying Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
-Skills & Personality: Structured, energetic, communicative, and results-driven.
-Interest in Sales & Recruitment: Genuine enthusiasm for B2B sales, recruitment marketing, and international business environments.
-Bonus Experience: Any background in sales, recruitment, media, or sourcing is helpful-but not required.
