We are specifically targeting the energy storage and green hydrogen applications with our truly unique capabilities. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbThe position /b /ppbr/ppThe Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of assigned power systems projects and acts as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal staff to ensure that projects are delivered in line with the defined project performance measures. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbMain responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliResponsible for the realization and management of projects in terms of lead times, costs, quality, information and organization. /liliParticipate in contract review of final customer purchase order and sales contract with initial quotation and clarify/solve any discrepancies together with Sales Manager and Field Application Engineer. /liliSingle point of contact in the execution phase for customers, suppliers, sales, service and finance. /liliEstablish and monitor of a project planning and project budget. /liliPurchasing and/or outsourcing of all project related Trading Products, parts and services (including installation and commissioning). /liliInitiate, organise and manage (kick-off) project meetings (internal and on site) in order to monitor the progress of projects. /liliProject evaluation and periodical reporting of progress and results. /liliInitiate actions in order to improve Variable Margin. /liliInitiate (corrective) actions in order to achieve the project results. /liliManage and Mitigates the risks of the project /liliManage and implement the opportunities of the project /liliManage the approval process of documents with the Customer. /liliManage project documentation with all related approvals from customer. /liliOrganize the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). /liliTake care of the shipping requirements. /liliTake care of on time, correct and complete invoicing (i.e. invoicing in line with agreed project scope). /liliMonitor and manage deviations from the contract (time schedules, project scope, quality/specifications, costs, price, information etc) with all participants. /liliOn request: providing input in quotation phase (e.g. lead times, technical feasibility, cost price etc). /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbQualifications and Requirements /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor degree in Engineering ideally. /liliAt least 7 years experience in an international sales- and project management environment. /liliPMP Certificate is ideal. /liliBasic understanding of commercial/contract law. /liliComputer literacy, ideally SAP. /liliFully proficient in English C1. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWhat we offer /b /ppbr/ppA career in AEG Power Solutions is not just a job.
