Key Requirements
* 8+ years in supply chain and change management roles
* Deep understanding of SAP S4 and its supply chain applications
* Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, driving organizational change, and aligning business processes
* Strong change management expertise in the consumer goods sector
* Fluency in English (advanced) and Spanish skills a plus
* Ability to interact with senior business and IT stakeholders, providing leadership and clear communication
* Proven experience defining, driving, and managing changes to people, processes, and systems
