At Factorial, we are looking for a creative, hands-on Content Marketing Specialist to join the Customer Marketing team and lead high-impact content initiatives that make our customers fall in love with Factorial and boost their lifetime value.
This is not a generalist role: we’re looking for a content specialist with a strong creative and copywriting profile who will act as a global reference for content within the team. You’ll lead end-to-end content projects, elevate the quality of our communications, and bring powerful storytelling into everything we launch.
For this position, we are looking for a mid-senior profile with at least 5 years of experience in content, copywriting, or creative roles. Experience in B2B or SaaS is a plus, but not a must.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept
* Lead global content initiatives within the Customer Marketing team. You will define messaging, narratives, and content strategies for key projects such as product launches for customers or success stories. For these initiatives, you will be expected to own them end-to-end: from defining goals and messaging to planning timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring flawless execution across channels.
* Support other customer marketing initiatives where content is key. Contribute your expertise to projects led by others (e.g. webinars, upsell email campaigns, events…) where strong messaging makes the difference.
* Develop narratives and storytelling for campaigns. From events to product launches or creative activations, you will define the “big idea” and ensure it translates into compelling content.
* Create and refine high-impact content. You will be hands-on in crafting copy for key assets — especially those requiring a strong creative touch — and ensure top-notch quality across all outputs.
* Elevate the team’s content standards. Act as a reference for tone of voice, storytelling, and messaging consistency across markets and formats and rise the level of the content created by other team members.
* Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with teams like Product Marketing, Account Management, and Demand Generation to gather insights, align messaging, and execute projects smoothly.

* Are a strong content creator at heart. You have solid experience in copywriting and content creation across formats (email, webinars, video, events, etc.) and a natural ability to craft engaging, high-quality messaging.
* Are an assertive and collaborative communicator. You can navigate feedback, defend your ideas when needed, and work effectively with different stakeholders.
* Have a creative mindset. You enjoy developing ideas, narratives, and storytelling that go beyond the obvious and create memorable experiences.
* Can manage projects end-to-end. You’re comfortable defining goals, structuring projects, coordinating stakeholders, and driving execution independently.
* Balance creativity with business impact. You understand how content contributes to company goals and align your work with measurable outcomes.
* Are comfortable with marketing tools. Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM tools (like HubSpot), or analytics tools is a plus.
* Are fluent in Spanish or English (both written and spoken).
