Responsibilities- Own and develop relationships with Large Corporate clients, acting as a trusted partner and understanding their strategic and financing needs.- Drive the execution of complex transactions, including syndicated loans, bilateral facilities, and structured finance solutions.- Coordinate end-to-end deal execution across product specialists, risk, legal, and other internal stakeholders.- Lead internal processes, ensuring high-quality materials and alignment with risk frameworks and governance standards.- Evaluate transaction economics, including profitability and capital consumption, to support decision-making.- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously, maintaining control over timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.- Identify and originate opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand product penetration.- Work seamlessly across geographies and functions.Professional Experience- 6–8 years of experience in corporate banking, with a proven track record managing relationships with Large Corporate clients (Required).- Demonstrated experience in structuring and executing complex financial transactions (e.G., syndicated loans, project finance, structured lending), with strong technical and analytical capabilities (Required).- Experience working in cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies, coordinating with product specialists, risk, legal, and other stakeholders.Education- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Required).- Master’s degree in Finance, Corporate Finance, or related disciplines (Preferred).- Fluency in English and Spanish (Required).Soft Skills- Strong execution mindset and results‑oriented approach.- Proactive attitude with strong ownership and accountability.- Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions.- Excellent coordination and collaboration skills.- Solid knowledge of corporate banking products (e.G., syndicated loans, bilateral facilities, structured finance).- Familiarity with internal credit approval processes, risk frameworks, and ability to assess profitability and capital consumption.Benefits- Global opportunities and broad career paths.- Hybrid working model with flexible hours;
