Job Description We’re looking for a data-driven and proactive Paid Media Specialist (Junior) to join our team and help scale our traffic acquisition efforts across multiple digital channels. Responsibilities: Execute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns aligned with clear performance goals and KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and other performance metrics. Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights and recommendations. Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and ROI. Detect and troubleshoot issues in live campaigns using your analytical mindset. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute traffic acquisition strategies. Support testing initiatives (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies) to drive continuous improvement. Ensure campaigns follow best practices and are delivered on time. Qualifications 2 years of experience in digital advertising, paid media, or performance marketing. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ad Networks…). Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. Team player who can also work autonomously. Positive, proactive “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn. Nice to Have Experience with tracking tools (GA4, GTM, etc.). Basic knowledge of attribution models or marketing analytics. Previous experience in fast-paced digital or startup environments.
