* We are seeking to hire a Production / Works Manager for our Machinery Park, specializing in Installations and Pavements.
* Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Area Manager of Installations at the Machinery Park in Spain, you will be responsible on-site for all tasks related to the assembly and operation of machinery and processes related to pavements, concrete, aggregates, etc., on construction sites.
* You will initially join an ongoing project in Spain as the Machinery Park Production Manager, responsible for the Fabrication and Spreading of MBC, reporting to the Park.
* Manage project planning, machinery, personnel, and processes for assigned sections, in collaboration with Department Managers, ensuring technical and economic standards, coordinating with the Machinery Park and construction site departments.
* Supervise, manage, and direct teams of machinery and personnel, including subcontractors, overseeing execution processes.
* Develop technical and economic reports and studies as required for the project(s) or from the Machinery Park.
* Prepare documentation related to assemblies, activities, and engineering plans if necessary.
* Prepare project budgets (MASTER, APO, PAS), monthly cost reports, deviation analyses, and mitigation measures in collaboration with production or section managers once integrated into the project and the Machinery Park.
* Ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Well-being, maintaining a 'Safety First' attitude throughout the project.
* Ensure compliance with company and project requirements, quality standards, environmental standards, and energy efficiency, and promote continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with project or Machinery Park managers to identify value engineering and process improvement opportunities for cost savings and schedule improvements.
* Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mining, or Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience, with additional experience valued.
* Experience with machinery, processes, and activities related to pavement execution, concrete, etc.
* Knowledge of managing all areas of a construction project, particularly highways.
* Strong leadership, communication skills, and project team management experience.
* Customer-oriented approach.
* Fluent English is essential.
* Proficient in software such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, Presto, CAD programs (AutoCAD, Revit), and cost management programs (Primavera, Sigrid, etc.).
* Knowledge in task scheduling and planning.
* Experience and training abroad are appreciated.
* Experience in managing projects within Machinery Parks is valued.
* Availability to work outside Spain is essential.
