We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer Analyst to design, develop, and implement Appian-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Appian applications based on business requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Implement best practices for Appian development and ensure high‐quality code.
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Appian Developer.
Strong knowledge of Appian BPM platform and related technologies.
Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Appian Certified Associate Developer or higher.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of other BPM tools and technologies.
