ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Video Editor Manager with a strong video editing background, combined with the ability to independently structure, coordinate, and drive audiovisual workflows. This role is not a people-management position, but it does require a high level of autonomy, clear operational leadership, and strong project coordination skills to ensure teams can execute efficiently in fast-paced, live-event environments.
Based at our Barcelona HQ, this position involves frequent travel to Kings League events across multiple locations, supporting on-site and remote production and post-production operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain clear workflows from media acquisition through post-production, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
* Plan, prioritize, and distribute tasks with clear instructions to team members and collaborators, ensuring alignment and efficiency without direct people management.
* Anticipate production and post-production requirements, identifying potential issues early and proposing practical solutions.
* Oversee media handling, organization, and delivery, ensuring assets are properly managed throughout the production lifecycle.
* Manage, organize, and tag video materials on servers, maintaining structured, scalable, and easy-to-navigate file systems.
* Apply intermediate-level color correction and audio post-production to enhance final outputs.
* Collaborate closely with producers, content editors, and technical teams to continuously improve post-production pipelines and workflows.
* Ensure media security, accurate metadata, and compliance with best practices in file management and backups.
* Travel to Kings League events and international locations as required to support production needs.

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in video editing and post-production.
* Proven ability to work autonomously, structure workflows, and manage complex audiovisual projects from start to finish.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and DaVinci Resolve.
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, provide clear guidance, and ensure tasks are executed effectively under tight timelines.
* Strong organizational and planning skills, particularly for media management, asset tracking, and workflow optimization.
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly in high-pressure, live-event environments.
* Ability to handle large volumes of media while maintaining quality and meeting strict deadlines.
* Willingness and availability to travel frequently for Kings League events.
* Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (both required).
* Flexibility to work on weekends as required by the nature of the business.
* Interest in sports, live events, and digital storytelling is a strong plus.
