Now, we are seeking a Regional Solutions Design Manager- EMEA to play a pivotal role in shaping complex, large-scale client solutions across CX, Digital Transformation, AI, and outsourcing environments.
This is a highly strategic, client-facing role where you will engage directly with senior stakeholders and architect innovative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for some of the world’s leading brands.
Your Mission:
This role sits at the heart of strategic deal shaping — partnering closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Digital Transformation, and SMEs across the business to design innovative, scalable, and commercially viable solutions that address client challenges and drive long-term value.
As a Solutions Design Manager, you will own the integrity of the end-to-end solution — ensuring it is technically sound, operationally deliverable, financially aligned, and strategically differentiated.
What You will Do:
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex bids, RFPs, and transformation opportunities.
- Engage directly with clients and executive stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, business challenges, and transformation goals.
- Translate client business drivers and objectives into structured, implementable solutions in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Own overall solution integrity, ensuring alignment across technology, operations, finance, and compliance.
- Design integrated solutions combining input from various SME’s like Vertical, Horizontal, Operations, Digital Transformation, AI, Automation, implementation, support departments SMEs.
- Act as the key integrator between ideation and proposal delivery, validating feasibility and alignment with TP capabilities.
- Act as the solution design authority, ensuring all proposals adhere to TP standards.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years’ experience in solution design, bid leadership, or transformation within BPO/Outsourcing, digital, or technology-enabled services.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, multi solution and/or multi-country solutions.
- Strong understanding of Digital Transformation, AI/Automation, analytics, CX platforms.
- Ability to integrate solutions & business processes with technology and operational delivery models.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance innovation, scalability, and financial viability.
