As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead end-to-end analysis for high-impact financial software projects. You'll act as the bridge between stakeholders, product teams, and developers, guiding the entire lifecycle from discovery to delivery and post-go-live support.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
1. Gather & Analyze Requirements.
- Lead discovery sessions to elicit business needs and align on objectives. Translate complex requirements into clear, structured business specifications and documentation.
2. Model Workflows & Processes.
- Define and diagram current and future-state business workflows. Identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
3. Design Conceptual Data Models.
- Collaborate with data architects to define and document high-level data structures. Ensure data alignment across systems during migrations or integrations.
4. Create Mockups & Prototypes.
- Develop wireframes and UI mockups (using tools like Figma, or similar). Work with UX teams to validate user experience and business logic.
5. Define Acceptance Criteria & Test Plans.
- Create detailed acceptance criteria and support UAT execution. Coordinate validation of functional deliverables with stakeholders.
6. Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
- Lead user training sessions and develop supporting materials. Provide hands-on support during go-live and stabilization phases.
7. Support Agile Delivery
- Collaborate with Scrum teams: participate in grooming, planning, reviews, retrospectives. Write and refine user stories in JIRA/Confluence
EXPERIENCE
- Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master.
- 9+ years in business analysis roles, preferably within banking, fintech, or system transformation contexts. Proven track record in workflow definition, data modeling, prototyping, and training.
