As a PreSales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities within the Digital services sector and supporting assigned German customers. Your daily tasks will include:
1. Writing and constructing offers for final customers.
2. Providing technical and commercial support to the sales team throughout the sales lifecycle.
3. Managing Digital Services opportunities from start to finish.
4. Designing technical solutions and building comprehensive business cases.
5. Developing partner relationships to enhance offerings and value propositions.
6. Understanding and identifying customer needs to advise on IT solution design.
7. Managing client demands and expectations from a technical perspective.
8. Supporting sales teams with technical needs and participating in solution definition.
9. Sharing technical knowledge with the commercial support team through training.
10. Engaging proactively with global areas like Presales, Procurement, Operations, and Finance to meet client demands.
11. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to prepare training sessions.
12. Staying updated on digital technologies and industry trends.
13. Achieving sales targets and KPIs related to revenue and profitability.
Ideal candidate profile:
1. Typically requires a BS/CS degree; MBA or MSc and relevant certifications (e.g., ISACA CISA, CISSP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE4, etc.) are desirable.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Consultant in the digital industry, with experience in Presales and Operations, preferably with large accounts (IBEX35, CAC40, DAX).
3. Experience testing new products and managing global solutions for multinational companies.
4. Deep knowledge of T-Tech's organization and processes, including presales, operations, and procurement.
5. Strong understanding of the digital industry, market, and ecosystems, with a proven track record in business development.
6. Professional demeanor with strong technical and communication skills, capable of effective negotiation and influencing.
7. Ability to balance business risks with customer requirements and company goals, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent writing skills, especially in bid writing and negotiations.

* Fluent English mandatory; German and Spanish are desirable.
