- You will be responsible for:
- Understanding Key Account customers, developing short-, medium
- and long-term strategies to drive the team to achieve its revenue targets and growth plans.
- Overseeing the entire new business sales funnel and personnel, currently comprising a mix of roles including SDRs, Telesales agents etc.
- Supporting the team to manage the existing customer base and grow those relationships.
- Managing the weekly forecast for Revenue and Gross Profit, exceeding all financial goals; revenue, gross profit, product sales etc.
- Maintain comprehensive weekly reports on team results, activities, lead flow, pipeline building, competitive intelligence, sales contests.
- Onboard new customers into the team to ensure they are aware of the value of their products and services.
- Develop a high-performance growth culture in the across the sales team to attract, develop and maintain leading sales talent.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with the team to review activity metrics, pipeline building, review calls, review target account lists and discuss training and development.
- Managing the team to success via a systematic review process, using clear, concise goals and objectives.
- Joining the team on quarterly business review calls with customers to identify new opportunities and protect existing revenue.
- Building collaborative relationships with other key stakeholders including Service, Marketing, Product and Delivery.
- Actively demonstrate the company´s core values: passion, innovation, ownership, and integrity.
**¿A quién buscamos?**:
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
- Native Spanish speaker, with an advanced level of English.
- Multi-skilled sales manager with a proven track record of driving high levels of activity with sales, within a B2B environment.
- Experience in running effective outbound sales campaigns across multiple industry sectors.
- Hands on experience of working in New Business, from Telesales through to High Value Business Development.
- Highly analytical and data driven, with the ability to understand the mechanics of the sales funnel and how to develop the sales process.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and coaching account managers.
- An effective “hands-on” individual, who consistently provides feedback, coaching and training to improve performance.
- Highly accountable for the results of the team.
- A problem solver, able to work with others in the organisation to quickly identify challenges and issues, and solve them.
- Possess strong analytical skills; able to quickly assess key activity metrics, CRM data, lead data and turn this information into actionable initiatives for the sales team.
- Energy to be the driving force of the team.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, including experience of all aspects of the sales cycle and workflow generation.
