About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials and components required for production. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate files, logs, and records for purchase orders and other related documentation C Coordinate logistics for purchase orders, selecting optimal shipping methods based on cost-effectiveness and urgency; initiate order expediting when necessary P Prepare standard requests for quotation E Exercise judgment in managing pricing updates, order cancellations, discontinued items, alternative product sourcing, delivery adjustments, and invoice discrepancies M Monitor and analyze order backlog to identify potential material constraints R Review and adjust safety stock levels; generate and implement replenishment proposals Requirements: 3-5 years of related experience High English level is a must.
