**Brand Manager Consumer Tissue Iberia**:
**About the Role**:
As part of our Brand Management team the Brand Manager is responsible for the success of the Colhogar brand in Iberia. Reporting to the Iberian Marketing Manager, he/she interacts with the local sales and customer marketing organization to design and implement the brand activities in line with the global and regional guidelines.
**What You Will Do**:
- **Full accountability of brand financials**: P&L;, A&P;, pricing.
- **Leads annual brand**plans**owns brand A&P; and defines brand activation touch points in line with global guidance. Responsibility for sufficiency and accuracy of A&P; allocation & monitoring.Responsible of marketing local implementation, usage of integral material, maximization of digital & paid media and directly managing media and communication agencies.
- **Define pricing strategies**to maximize profitability for each category, taking into account production costs, perceived value, and competitor pricing, while ensuring market competitiveness.
- **Collaborate on the design, audiovisual production, and execution of promotional campaigns and product launches**with branding, marketing, and sales teams, increasing visibility and appeal of product categories while maintaining brand image and customer experience consistency.
- **Oversee the development and launch process of new products**with the PD and branding teams, from concept to market introduction, ensuring each launch is effective and well-received.
- **Monitor the performance of each category using specific KPIs**, making adjustments as needed, based on continuous data and results analysis. Analyze sell-out and sell-in data to track goals, project results and have brand KPI’s under control. Monthly tracking and leading corrective actions if needed.
- **Coordinate with the Demand planning team for demand forecasting.**Design the annual budget plan for the categories and track monthly leading corrective actions if needed.
**Who You Are**:
- University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- 4+ years Marketing/Trade-Marketing with a minimum of 2 years as a Brand Manager. Sales experience is a plus.
- Good knowledge of FMCG Marketing mix and understanding of international Retail environment.
- Ability to interact with senior management. Good presentation skills.
- Analytic & proactive with solution provider mindset.
- Comfortable in running different projects at the same time, resilient to changes and difficulties.
- Ability to give feedback, manage and lead agencies
- Used to work with Nielsen data for analysis and recommendation
- Advanced usage on Microsoft office package, mainly excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Spanish/English.
