Specialist of Operations Department Internship (student)

Mandatory to have the possibility to do internship with the university at from six mothns to one year.
Hikvision is searching for an Operations Specialist internship (Logistic area) Madrid.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Ability to formalize an internship agreement with the university.
- Must hold a valid work permit in Spain (residency or visa).
- The company does not provide sponsorship or visa support.
- Advanced level of English (minimum B2–C1) is required for an international environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus, preferably in an English environment.
- Availability to complete an internship lasting between 6 and 12 months, with the possibility to formalize an internship agreement with the university.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for the PO register and process follow up.
- Responsible for customer consult and solve dispute.
- Process management, e.g. rebate, credit, special price, product, etc.
- Cooperate with other department for optimize internal process and improve customer satisfaction.
- Other events requested by manager.
