The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee the delivery of creative advertising projects. You’ll serve as the connection point between our clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, strong collaboration, and smooth execution.
You’ll be working closely with editors, copywriters, and UA managers to deliver high-quality, effective work on time and on brief.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients
Translate client needs into clear briefs for creative teams
Present and explain creative concepts with confidence
Oversee project timelines and scopes, flagging risks early
Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen accounts
Support and coordinate the performance of assigned editors
Keep internal and external stakeholders aligned and informed
Maintain clear documentation of actions, updates, and next steps
Requirements
6+ years of experience in account or client management within a marketing/advertising agency
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Understanding of advertising, paid media, and creative workflows
Comfortable presenting work and leading client conversations
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented
Bonus: experience with video editing or creative production processes
