You collaborate with cross-functional teams to illuminate cost drivers and inform decisions. You will translate financial data into actionable insights and help improve reporting processes. - Support the cost management cycle including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis
- Track operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities across business functions
- Prepare standard cost reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking to support decision-making
- Analyze financial performance and highlight key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product u0026 Tech, Operations, Marketing, Sales) to understand cost drivers
- Ensure data accuracy by performing quality checks and reconciling financial information
- Assist in preparing materials for monthly business reviews and leadership reporting
- Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 1-4 years of relevant professional experience
- Foundation in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with financial systems (Hyperion) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of cost management and variance analysis
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate into insights
