The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and performance-driven professional to join our sales team to expand our Business in the French market. In this role, you will manage sales activities and contribute proactively to strategic decisions that drive the company’s continued growth.
You will work in close cooperation with the Barcelona office management, the French and global sales teams, and the wider group to balance new business growth with service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Management: Maintain and further develop the assigned client portfolio and projects within the territory.
* Market Growth: Identify new business opportunities, develop professional relationships, and close new contracts to reach sales goals.
* Strategy: Contribute ideas to improve overall service to customers and foster information sharing within our corporate culture.
Requirements
* Languages: Native French is mandatory. You must also be fluent in English (writing and speaking).
* Education: BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or Technical disciplines (Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental, Telecom Engineering, or Geology).
* Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with InSAR, remote sensing, or the geotechnical sector is a distinct asset.
* Experience: Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role is preferred.
