Ecostars is the #1 ESG hotel certification in Western Europe and the most advanced sustainability SaaS for the hospitality sector worldwide. Our AI-driven platform is already used by over 3,000 hotels, and we are on a mission to triple our size in the next 12 months.
As our Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the engine of our sales team. Your goal is to identify and qualify high-potential opportunities within medium and large hotel chains across international markets. You will work closely with our Account Executives to build a solid, strategic pipeline.
Your Responsibilities 🌟
* Outbound Execution: Run multi-channel campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Phone) to connect with international hotel groups
* Lead Qualification: Identify key decision-makers and book high-quality demos for the Account Executive team
* CRM Management: Use HubSpot to track activities, manage your pipeline, and report on progress
* Activity Targets: Hit weekly KPIs for calls, personalized messages, and meetings booked
* Value Communication: Master the Ecostars narrative to explain the ROI of sustainability and our SaaS platform
* Sales Excellence: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales playbook
Who We Are Looking For 🏅
* Experience: 1+ years in sales, ideally within a SaaS or Startup environment
* Communication: High-level fluency in both English and Spanish. Additional languages are a major plus
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
* Results-Oriented: You are proactive, resilient, and driven by hitting targets
