**About the job**
**Job purpose**
This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that the technical capabilities align with the product vision, customer needs, and market trends.
The Tech Lead coordinates the team of monitoring officers to design, develop, and implement projects and improvements, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and easily maintainable.
He understands stakeholders’ requirements and translates them into technical solutions. He also identifies opportunities to optimize and improve the platform’s performance, monitors usage, and identifies potential areas of risk.
The Tech Lead contributes to the technical readiness of the Monitoring team, sharing his knowledge and identifying rooms for collective improvement.
**Main missions**
- **
Technical expertise**:
- In-depth technical knowledge of Dynatrace SaaS (Infra & App monitoring, GRAIL, Monaco framework, Automation Workflows) and other relevant technologies related to observability.
- Ability to design and implement solutions that meet stakeholder needs and are secure, scalable, and easily maintainable.
- Familiarity with other monitoring and Log analysis tools, data visualization, and performance monitoring.
- **
Leadership**:
- Lead a team of monitoring officers to implement projects, improvements, and modifications to the platform.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the required standard.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Communication**:
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders (including business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Work collaboratively with other teams and individuals to achieve common objectives and resolve cross-functional issues that arise.

- Proactive identification of potential issues and their resolution, including researching and testing solutions.

- Create and lead training programs on Dynatrace platform and related technologies.
