Purpose Of The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will develop, execute, and optimize BVGroup’s display marketing campaigns across multiple brands and regions. You will lead strategic oversight of programmatic advertising, paid social, and in-app advertising, identify new display opportunities that support broader business goals and revenue growth, and develop a team of display specialists. Campaigns will be efficiently managed, optimized for performance, and aligned with strategic targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Mentor the team, set clear objectives, and foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
* Develop and deliver data‑driven display strategies across programmatic, paid social, and in-app channels, focusing on CAC, ROI, and engagement.
* Work closely with brand, creative, and acquisition teams to integrate messaging and campaigns effectively.
* Explore and implement new platforms, technologies, and opportunities to strengthen performance and innovation.
* Allocate and monitor spend efficiently, continuously adjusting campaigns to maximize impact and ROI.
* Analyze results, report insights, manage vendor relationships, and adhere to regulations and best practices.
* Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, including ad tech platforms and media agencies.
* Ensure all display campaigns adhere to industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining best practices for bidding, targeting, and compliance.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Experience in digital marketing with a focus on display advertising, programmatic buying, and paid social.
* Strong understanding of managing large-scale display campaigns with a track record of driving significant business growth.
* Exceptional analytical skills, using data to optimize performance, manage budgets, and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* In-depth knowledge of ad tech platforms, including DSPs, programmatic tools, and social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Display Network.
