Business Clients Area Team Lead (f/m/x)
Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Regional Business Banking Manager, you will lead your sales team in an inspiring manner, fostering a high-performance work environment with freedom for expression and proposing improvements focused on our value proposition for clients. You will coordinate collaboration with other divisions of the Bank within the framework of the Bank for Entrepreneurs, Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Personal Banking.
You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and business in your Business Center. Additionally, you will manage your own client portfolio, maintaining and increasing activity through the marketing of financial products and services aimed at this segment.
Responsibilities
* Study new products and services launched by Business Banking to organize and plan their sale to clients/prospects. Be proactive in proposing new ideas or service improvements to your Regional Director, including market prospecting.
* Know the micro-market environment of your Office. Understand the commercial objectives and distribute them among your team in coordination with your Regional Director, ensuring maximum service efficiency and commercial effectiveness.
* Take all necessary actions to meet the business objectives set for both your team and your client portfolio, supervising and promoting the defined commercial policies.
* Ensure proper profitability for the Bank from the business captured, always safeguarding client interests. Communicate campaign goals to your team and jointly define specific actions to achieve them.
* Monitor commercial information: review budget achievement and CEM, in coordination with your Regional Director; analyze results, campaign evolution, profitability reports, and share findings with your team to agree on improvement actions.
Skills
* Minimum of 5 years' experience managing sales teams, clients, and marketing banking products and services is valued.
* Strong relationship and communication skills, generating enthusiastic and inspiring impact.
* High customer orientation and goal achievement in high-performance teams.
* Ability to plan and lead the team; initiative and collaboration with other divisions.
* Ability to generate brand recognition through participation and promotion of entrepreneur forums and events.
