The Role
This is a CEO-level partner role owning People as a product and execution engine.
* Own the executive quality bar, setting and enforcing standards
* Build and scale people products across hiring, onboarding, performance, development, and retention
* Embed execution discipline across leadership (OKRs, Impact Filters, decision rights, governance)
* Lead Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, owning quality-of-hire and time-to-fill
* Design an AI-first people platform to amplify managers, reduce friction, and improve outcomes
Desired Skills and Experience
You’re a builder who blends People Ops, systems thinking, and xqbhyrx execution.
* People Ops / HR / Product / Execution Leadership roles in fast-growth environments
* Track record of shipping scalable people systems (onboarding, manager tools, performance, learning)
* Strong operator mindset: OKRs, RACI, written-first workflows, delivery governance
* Hands-on experience applying AI, automation, and analytics to people processes
