About the Role
The Business Development leader for the Fuchs and Franna brand will establish a go-to-market strategy for the region and will also be expected to take a leading role in helping to define the future new product development roadmap for the LATAM region. This person will own Brand sales in LATAM. To grow the region successfully the incumbent will need to develop an annual sales plan, target key dealers and customers, personally demonstrate the machines and answer key technical questions and comfortably discuss with potential buyers the advantages of ownership
Job Duties
1. Develop & implement the sales and marketing strategy.
2. Regularly review and update the Go-to-Market strategy- direct, via distribution or a hybrid of both.
3. Appoint and assist in the development of new dealer accounts.
4. Secure sales orders in line with agreed targets.
5. Develop, implement and manage sales and marketing initiatives either for direct sales or dealer accounts respecting company confidentiality.
6. Agree annual business plans for each dealer
