Operations Manager - B2B SaaS
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations and ensure cross-team efficiency.
* Create and implement SOPs to improve productivity and accountability.
* Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across projects.
* Identify operational risks and implement solutions to ensure compliance and continuity.
* Act as a connector across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Customer Success.
* Take over responsibilities currently managed by the CEO, becoming a trusted right hand.
* Introduce and implement scalable frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, EOS, workflow automation).
* Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends, friction points, and churn risks.
* Build dashboards and reports that transform data into actionable insights.
* Design KPIs and data models to measure performance and retention.
* Lead initiatives to reduce churn and manage high-turnover environments.
* Foster a collaborative, accountable, and motivating culture across distributed teams.
* Drive execution of strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5–10 years in operations management, business intelligence, or related functions.
* Proven experience leading fast-paced, globally distributed teams.
* Proficiency in BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
* Experience with ClickUp workflows and dashboards (strong plus).
* Familiarity with ERP systems, workflow automation, Lean Six Sigma, EOS.
* Skilled in defining, managing, and acting on KPIs and benchmarks.
* Experience in SaaS, MarTech, or digital marketing industries.
* Must be available for meetings between 8 AM – 2 PM EST.
