**Job Details**
To support our team in our BMS - Johnson Controls business unit in Spain, we are currently looking for a:
**Project Manager**:
JCI has installed over the last years, complex integrated BMS, Security and Fire systems to key accounts like Colonial and Catalana Occidente.
**What you will do**
The main goal of this position is, in close collaboration with customer, to optimize the operation of these systems. Optimization can include comfort and safety, but main area of activity is energy optimization. Therefore, this position is key in supporting customers’ journey to sustainability.
**How you will do it**
- Fine tune existing systems
- Harmonize systems across buildings
- Define standards of operation
- Validate systems output (data quality)
- Support customer in the analysis and understanding of data and key metrics
- Identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales to quote and sell these opportunities
- Collaborate with Operations to deploy the solutions associated to the opportunities
**What we look for**
- Engineer degree (B.Sc or M.Sc.)
- Automation systems knowledge, including communication protocols
- SCADA or any other monitoring systems knowledge
- Project management experience
- Strong communication capabilities. Experience in leading teams is highly appreciated.
- Structured: capable of holding all stakeholders (internal and customer) on the same page
- Flexible and self-organized: to operate as implant and according to customer’s pace and timelines
- Resilient for a long-term project
- English (B2 preferred)
