DESCRIPTION Barcelona 4 days in-office, 1 day remote Full-time Remuner, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the RevOps tech space About Remuner Remuner is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the RevOps tech space, helping organizations design, manage, and optimize their compensation plans. We build a highly visual, data‑intensive product across reporting, analytics, simulations, and configuration workflows — where clarity is critical. Compensation runs on numbers, and our ambition is simple: turn that depth into a product with exceptional design — clear, intuitive, and genuinely engaging. We combine analytical power, strong product design, and AI to build a product that makes complex decisions easier. What You’ll Do As Lead Product Designer, you will functionally own the product experience and act as a strategic partner within the Product organization. Experience Direction Define clear and actionable product design principles. Design systems, not just screens. Bring coherence to information architecture in a complex, calculation-heavy domain. Transform dense numerical logic into intuitive and engaging experiences. Lead structural redesigns when necessary. Raise the level of craft and interaction consistency across the product. Have authority over UX/UI decisions. Strategic Product Partner Actively participate in roadmap definition. Co-lead discovery initiatives alongside Product. Ensure design decisions are grounded in research, user feedback, and product analytics — not personal opinion. Challenge problem framing and proposed solutions. Influence prioritization from an experience and value perspective. Translate business strategy into clear, tangible product experiences. AI as a Core Layer of the Product Design how AI lives within core workflows. Use AI to reduce cognitive load and simplify complex processes. Integrate AI into simulations, decision-making, and configuration flows. Define thoughtful interaction patterns for intelligent systems. Actively experiment with AI tools in your own workflow and help elevate how AI is used across the Product team. Discovery Culture & Velocity Lead user research and continuous validation. Turn insights and data into actionable product decisions. Design for rapid iteration. Reduce friction between design and engineering. Use AI and modern tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping. What We’re Looking For Mindset Genuine comfort working in ambiguity. Ability to structure loosely defined problems. Strong abstraction capability. Systems thinking (not isolated screen design). Ownership mentality and strong judgment. Genuine interest in complex, data-heavy products. You enjoy working on products where numbers, rules, and logic are central — and you know how to make them feel clear and usable. Why This Role Matters This is not an execution role. It’s an opportunity to: Define the design direction of a complex, highly visual product. Turn calculation-heavy workflows into intuitive, structured experiences. Integrate AI as a structural lever within the product. Elevate how AI is used across the Product organization. Raise the bar of the entire system, not just the interface. Bring clarity to one of the most strategically sensitive areas of a company: compensation. Expected Impact in 12 Months In 12 months, success will mean: The product delivers a consistently clear, structured, and high-quality experience across core workflows. A strong and shared design direction guides product decisions. Complex, data-heavy interactions feel intuitive and engaging. AI is seamlessly embedded into key workflows, creating tangible user value. Design plays a proactive, strategic role in shaping the evolution of the product. If you’re motivated by designing complex systems, making calculation-heavy products feel intuitive, and pushing the boundaries of how AI is used in product development, we’d love to talk. REQUIREMENTS Is This You? Experience 6 years designing complex digital products (ideally B2B SaaS). Experience designing high-density, data-heavy interfaces. Strong information architecture skills. Demonstrated ability to ground design decisions in research and analytics. Experience working closely with Product and Engineering. Portfolio demonstrating structural decisions and systems thinking. Nice to have: Experience in complex domains (finance, HR, analytics, enterprise SaaS). Advanced use of AI tools in design and product workflows. Demonstrated experience leveraging AI to prototype, explore concepts, or accelerate delivery. Experience building or evolving design systems.
