About the role
As a SaaS Implementation Consultant – Life Sciences, you will act as both a business consultant and expert advisor, guiding customers through the implementation lifecycle of Binocs. This AI-driven solution optimizes scheduling and planning for QC laboratories and Cell & Gene Therapy facilities, transforming complex workflows into streamlined, data‑driven processes. Your mission will be to deliver tailored configurations that integrate seamlessly into the customer’s business environment, driving measurable impact and long‑term success.
In This Role, You Will
- Analyse and Understand Business Processes:
- Prepare, lead, and follow up on customer workshops to uncover current set‑up (business and dataflow), value expectations, and current ways of working.
- Dive deep into the operational workflows of laboratories and supply chains, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity with business‑savvy Binocs configuration.
- Design and Configure Solutions:
- Collaborate with the Solution Team to translate business challenges into actionable Binocs solutions that align with the customer’s goals.
- Perform hands‑on configuration, adapting Binocs to fit complex customer requirements.
- Prepare and drive workshops to iteratively present and improve the proposed solutions.
- Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high‑quality deployments.
- Lead Strategic Implementations:
- Manage end‑to‑end implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Follow and refine Binocs’ proven implementation methodology, balancing structure with flexibility to meet unique client needs.
- Engage and educate stakeholders by clearly communicating project plans, design choices and implementation risks to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ensure user adoption of sustainable set‑up:
- Steer implementations around “why” (value, problem statements) Customer is implementing.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to enable self‑sufficient customer teams.
- Start up adoption process throughout implementation, to ensure and hand over in‑use customer to Customer Success Manager.

Qualifications & Skills
- Consulting Expertise:
- Demonstrated ability to lead client‑facing workshops and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply them effectively.
- SaaS Implementation Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS implementations, management consulting, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience configuring and deploying business software solutions, such as ERP, supply chain, or laboratory systems.
- Technical and Analytical Strengths:
- Experience with data analysis; able to interpret and troubleshoot dataflows.
- Familiar with data visualization, and supporting users in interpreting dashboards.
- Exceptional Communication Skills:
- Skilled at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Adaptable and Entrepreneurial Mindset:
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with evolving job responsibilities.

- Educational Background:
- Master’s degree; a background in bioengineering, business engineering, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
