As Sales Manager, you willDevelop our business in the C&I segment, primarily targeting EPCs and Distributors operating in solar and storage.Handle strategic utility-scale accounts to grow our Utility product range in Spain and Portugal.Build strong relationships with local OEMs to drive co-selling activities and strategic partnerships.What We’re Looking For :
Educational background :
Engineer, Master’s degree or equivalent.Languages :
Native Spanish speaker & fluent in English (spoken and written).At least 3 years of experience in the renewable energy market (PV, BESS, Control systems, SCADA, PPC) as sales in Spain.Strong knowledge of the Iberian renewable energy ecosystem :
C&I solar installations, utility projects (PV + BESS), DSO / TSO networks, monitoring, control, EV charging infrastructure (IRVE), etc.Strong business development mindset :
Autonomous in hunting, lead qualification, and opportunity management.Comfortable working with CRM tools (Hubspot is a plus).Able to build business plans and provide accurate forecasts.Team player who can collaborate effectively with procurement, logistics, pre-sales, delivery teams, and project / technical managers.Seniority level :
