✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
* Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation and functional analysis, with ability to connect business needs to technical solutions.
* Background in technical environments (understanding of APIs, data flows, and legacy systems).
* Experience in banking sector (critical requirement).
* Experience with risk analysis and mitigation in high-impact projects.
* Familiarity with transactional systems (e.G., COBOL for logging) and modern architectures.
* Solid knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and version control tools such as Git.
* Proven experience in web services/API requirements and integration flows.
* Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
* Strong proactivity, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Understanding of organizational dynamics and ability to measure delivery impact.
