We have an exciting pipeline of international projects from luxury hotels to high-end F&B, offering the opportunity to sharpen your skills and collaborate on bold, innovative concepts.
This role is central to the creative development of our projects, leading design from concept through final delivery. You’ll ensure every proposal reflects Astet’s essence: storytelling, authenticity, and refinement in every detail.
What are your day-to-day responsibilities?
* Lead the creative direction: concept, narrative, atmosphere, and spatial language.
* Develop the project: plans, moodboards, and technical documentation.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Visual/CGI/Technical) and liaise with clients and suppliers when needed.
* Oversee execution and protect the integrity of the concept during production, including site visits.
* Mentor junior and intermediate designers and ensure quality control.
* Plan timelines and deliverables together with the Project Coordinator.
Profile we are looking for:
Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline. We particularly value strong creativity and concept-development skills, as well as a clear point of view that can be translated into space, materiality, and narrative. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, along with availability to work full-time from our Barcelona studio. Minimum experience required is 8 years.
Desirable:
* Ability to craft original concepts and develop your own spatial narratives.
* Strong command of high-end, author-led interior design language.
* Proven experience leading hospitality projects from start to finish.
* Clear communication of concepts to the team, the client, and production partners.
