The Green Recruitment Company is currently searching for a Aerothermal Engineer – Business Development Focus to join a leading renewable energy platform in Spain.We are looking for a primarily technical engineering profile, ideally with solid experience in aerothermal systems, who also brings some exposure to commercial or client-facing activities.The core of the role is engineering expertise: understanding client needs, designing technical solutions, sizing systems, and supporting project execution. Commercial skills are important, but secondary to the technical background.Responsibilities:- Act as the technical reference during the sales process, supporting negotiations with credible engineering expertise.- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with industrial, commercial, and tertiary clients for aerothermal and energy efficiency solutions.- Analyse client requirements and prepare tailored technical proposals, including system sizing, feasibility studies, and solution design.- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.- Manage projects from technical proposal stage through implementation.- Build long-term relationships with clients, installers, EPCs, and strategic partners.Requirements:- Engineering degree, ideally in Mechanical, Energy, HVAC, or similar disciplines.- Proven experience with aerothermal / heat pump systems and technical sizing.- Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrification, and energy efficiency solutions.- Some commercial, business development, or client management experience.- Able to manage projects end-to-end with a hands-on and execution-oriented mindset.- Autonomous, structured, and target-driven.- Fluent Spanish and English.Additional Information:- The role requires frequent travel across Spain (approximately 50–70%).
