A rare opportunity for established brokers on Spain's southern coast.
Corcoran Micasamo is now part of the Corcoran Group, which sits under the Compass International Holdings umbrella, the world's largest real estate network, with around 340,000 professionals operating across 120 countries. We are expanding the length of the coast, and we are looking for a small number of experienced, professional brokers to grow with us.

The Role
This is a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Broker role spanning the northern Costa Blanca, down through the Costa Cálida and into Costa Almería. We are recruiting across the coast, in hubs such as Dénia, Jávea, Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Finestrat, Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Alicante, Torrevieja, San Javier, Cartagena, Mazarrón, Águilas and Almería, not in a single town. You will guide clients through the full buying journey and deliver exceptional, goal-focused service at every stage.

Responsibilities

Win and list your own properties, building a personal pipeline you own.
Self-generate leads through your own networking, social media, and relationship building.
Work the qualified leads we direct to you through our bespoke AI lead-nurturing platform.
Build and manage lasting relationships with international buyers and sellers across the stretch of coast you cover.
Conduct property consultations and viewings tailored to each client's goals.
Lead sales negotiations through to a confident close.
Promote yourself as a broker in the American model, using the marketing material we provide.

Qualifications
A proven track record in real estate and brokerage (established professionals, not beginners).
Strong sales, negotiation, and client-service skills.
Sound knowledge of property transactions and the related legal and financial processes.
Fluency in English is essential also Spanish, Polish, Dutch, French & Flemish speakers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup.
A valid real estate license and a driver's license.
Familiarity with your stretch of the coast, anywhere from the northern Costa Blanca to Costa Almería, is a plus.
