Mission
The Personal Care Marketing Manager will focus on developing and advancing the Personal Care category, supporting the Home & Personal Care Business Unit to achieve its growth potential.
The role involves proactively developing business initiatives, sharing expertise on the Personal Care industry, understanding key brand strategies across markets, and staying updated on trends, technologies, and consumer insights.
The candidate will bring fragrance expertise to enhance client brands and grow Eurofragance's business by identifying product and fragrance opportunities. They will manage regional and international projects, collaborating with sales, perfumers, R&D, and other teams, actively participating in the Global Business Unit core team.
Functions :
* Partner with sales on client initiatives, designing concepts and innovative presentations aligned with global strategies.
* Guide fragrance development teams on proactive initiatives and client briefs.
* Contribute to the global marketing team's vision by developing tools like Category Reviews, Promo Kits, and Trends Presentations.
* Create analytical tools and selling stories for new technologies, working with R&D, Evaluation, and Branding teams.
* Monitor market dynamics, product portfolios, technology, and consumer behavior related to the category.
* Coordinate with subsidiaries' marketing and product teams to deploy marketing activities effectively.
* Identify and promote product and fragrance opportunities to drive growth.
* Develop in-depth understanding of markets, consumers, and cross-category insights.
* Collaborate with sales to strengthen client relationships and provide fragrance solutions.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Communication.
* At least 5 years of marketing experience in B2C FMCG Personal Care or B2B in a Fragrance House, with strong technical category knowledge and experience with multinational teams.
* Solid understanding of the fragrance industry and key Personal Care categories (e.g., Shower Gels, Shampoos, Skin Care).
* Familiarity with CI tools and trend databases.
* Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, Adobe, digital tools, and new technologies.
* Availability to travel up to 20%.
* Languages: Proficient in English; Spanish and French are desirable.
