Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor for our boutique based in El Corte Ingles, Puerto Banus, Marbella.
As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
Responsibilities
* Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
* Support the Sales Staff performance by mentoring and ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor
* Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
* Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
* Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
* Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
* Ensure to build long-lasting relationships with clients using clienteling tools (e.g. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and systems (e.g. CRM)
* Monitor stock levels and support the activities of the Sales Staff
* Support basic cash operations when necessary (trained to use the till)
Requirements
* Fluency in Spanish and English. Other languages are considered a plus
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in menswear in luxury retail
* Client Ceremony

* Store KPIs
* Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques
* Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong team player
