Key Responsibilities
- Implement designs for new websites and update/maintain existing sites.
- Update website content monthly, including speaker bios, messaging, videos, and images.
- Apply SEO best practices and use Google keywords to write meta descriptions, maximizing page quality, displays, links, and metatags.
- Use Google Analytics and tagging to assess website performance and optimize accordingly.
- Diagnose and resolve bugs or website glitches.
- Collaborate on product‑launch project management to incorporate new online courses and products.
- Manage and maintain email‑marketing campaigns.
- Assist with website hosting, working with the provider and handling support issues.
- Ensure content consistency regarding style, quality, tone of voice, and overall optimization.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of prior experience as a website developer.
- Copywriting skills.
- Planning, budgeting, and reporting experience.
- Content creation expertise.
- Superior research and analytical skills.
- SEO strategy knowledge.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Digital marketing experience.
- Proven ability to execute marketing programs such as targeted direct mail, email, field events, and social media.
Conditions of Employment
- MCI locations; must be authorized to work in the applicable country.
- Must submit to Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprint; the offer is contingent on results.
- Must submit to drug screening; the offer is contingent on results.

Physical Requirements
The role is office‑based. The employee will primarily sit, stand, and use a computer and headset for long periods. Occasionally, the employee may move around the office, reach in all directions, and lift objects up to 40 pounds.
