Paid Media Strategist

The Basics
This role is ideal for a hands‑on Paid Media specialist who enjoys building, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns daily. It’s also a strategic growth role: collaborate with Account Directors on campaign planning, funnel strategy, messaging recommendations, segmentation frameworks, and channel mix decisions.
Most clients are US‑based; C1/C2 English fluency and ability to work USA East Coast hours are required.

Direct Experience
* 4+ years focused on B2B or B2C lead‑generation paid media.
* Mastery of Paid Search: Google Ads, Bing Ads.
* Deep experience with Google’s marketing suite (Analytics, Search Console, My Business, Tag Manager, etc.).
* Mastery of Paid Social: LinkedIn Ads; Meta Ads experience is optional but preferred.
* Familiarity with display and programmatic advertising.
* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Vlookups, Pivot tables).
* Ability to collaborate with creatives for ad creation.
* Experience with CRO and landing‑page optimization.
* Intimate knowledge of analytics and latest advertising trends.
* Hands‑on execution while communicating high‑level strategy.
Job Responsibilities
* Craft growth strategy and manage advertising accounts for clients.
* Collaborate with clients, account managers, and internal teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute campaigns.
* Create and manage campaigns, budgets, bids, etc.
* Oversee all campaign components: strategy, creative, copywriting, reporting and data analytics.
* Lead relationships with external PPC agency teams.
* Build reports, communicate progress to clients, and incorporate findings into future campaigns.
* Work from home.
